-David Vonderhaar tweeted that a MUTE ALL option is coming (click here and click here)
-Multiplayer director David Vonderhaar relayed that the new approach they are taking is “One size does not fit all.” That means, he said, that there is no one way to play a Call of Duty game. So, they’re pulling back features like create-a-class, killstreaks, and other features and reexamining them, challenging their assumptions of “what cows are sacred.”
-Multiplayer will take place entirely in the year 2025—there will be no multiplayer missions set in the 80′s.

ZOMBIES:
-Zombie IS returning in Black Ops 2! Mark Lamia, Treyarch Head, ” Biggest and most ambitious Zombies ever.”
-Zombies will definitely be back in Black Ops II, and will feature all new modes that are more fleshed-out than ever.
-”There will be more zombies and more modes; just more.”
-The zombies are “In the multiplayer engine.” “If you think about all of the things we can do with our multiplayer engine,” Lamia said, “You can start to think about how we might be looking at this.” Okay then!
-“Our zombies fans want more zombies, they literally want more zombies and they want more ways to play. They want bigger maps, they want even more interesting things to do inside these levels. So we are crafting new worlds, creating new game modes and bigger worlds.”
-“We’ve actually put [zombies] inside of our multiplayer engine and it’s capable of doing twice as many zombies, twice as many co-op players. There are actually new modes,” says Lamia. “There’s classic mode that you guys are used to but there are going to be new modes. [Twice as many co-op players] introduces some interesting new gameplay modes. Perhaps you can think of some team game modes where there might be fun to be had?”
-Zombies are the only confirmed co-op aspect of Black Ops II. The campaign and strike-force modes do not appear to feature co-op.

…Sorry.
That CoD Moment: Story Time! Hackers on Xbox~ Should I Report This?
OK. I’ve had an xbox for about 3 years and my (current) live account for almost a year now. now, I know just about everyone on there has encountered a hacker or something like that at least once; especially if you’re playing one of those competitive shooter games like, Call of Duty,…
ok, well I DID report the guy and told some of my friends about it. about 2 of them recognized the gamertag, so I’m just going to assume this wasn’t the first time he’s done this. uhm, I still have my account. (because it isn’t worth taking - according to this guy)
had he did take it, I probably would have called or something. guess I can consider my self lucky, because I did not have a single doubt in my mind that he couldn’t do it.
thank you so much for the concern and support :) I really appreciate it.
heck, if you have an xbox live account, feel free to add me (JJBeanz)
and thanks again
“It isn’t work taking”… lol, I love kids like that. All bark, no bite, it truly is adorable actually. I didn’t think he’d take it down. I’m glad it’s taken care of.
It was a pleasure to at least try and help out. I’ve got an xbox live account… If you see a request frorm “Epic Gold Yoshi” (not “Epic Fail Yoshi xD), that’s me.
OK. I’ve had an xbox for about 3 years and my (current) live account for almost a year now. now, I know just about everyone on there has encountered a hacker or something like that at least once; especially if you’re playing one of those competitive shooter games like, Call of Duty, or Halo. hell, I’ve even encountered one on Gears and Left 4 Dead. but this one guy, was just odd to me and rude(if I do say so myself).
I get on xbox every now and then, when ever I have free time and no plans. plus, my boy and I like to play together. and honestly, out of all the CoD games out there, Black Ops is my favorite. (I’ve tried the Modern Warfares, and I DO own MW3, I’ve played it, prestiged on it, and all that jazz. it’s not my cup of tea.) so even though the game is like 2 years old. I still play it frequently. but to the point, I was playing Search and Destroy, because honestly, I find it to be amusing, with the trash talking and all. I do love putting a few “kids” in their place every now an then. (girls kick ass at this game too y’know)…and I got a random message from this one guy. I had took a couple of shots in the back, turned on him and killed him. the message said, “stop trying so hard, it’s Black Ops not Modern Warfare 3”. my response, “no one’s trying though” and no one was. he realized I was a girl, and then that’s when everything changes. I seriously detest it. GIRLS HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO PLAY. WE ARE JUST AS GOOD AS ANY GUY OUT THERE, IF NOT BETTER.
This guy, starts calling me a bitch and insulting my ethnicity. when I said little to nothing to him (other than calling him a no lifer and a try-hard…I don’t know…having multiple prestige accounts on Black Ops just screams that to me. excuse me if I’m wrong). He then proceeded to tell me that he was going to hack my account. ok. I guess. and to prove that he was capable of doing so, he listed every item on each of my classes on Black Ops. but what really took the cake with me, was that he he told me, in exact words: “I won’t hack your account if you send me a nude picture to my e-mail within the next hour”. well, fuck you. hack my account. facebook. e-mail and everything else. that was just extremely low to me.
should I report this?
There wasn’t enough space in the answer box (though I did answer this in short via saying “report the bastard”), so I’ll expand a little on here. Of course you should report him- it can’t hurt you for one, and sexual harassment, verbal abuse, invasion of privacy, and all-around douchery are punishable by law. If anything, you could actually call someone (say the major companies involved) and try to get a strong point across- not sure if I’d take it to that much of an extreme though.
It’s hearing about stuff like this that keeps me off of CoD so much these days. Hearing about hacker brats that just ruin the spirit of the game with such vile commentary makes my blood boil. That kid wouldn’t be so tough if he wasn’t hiding behind a screen. Though to be honest, it’s adorable that some “people” like him can be so… so… disgusting. But think of it this way- at least not everyone’s like that dude and bothers wasting all of their life so much time on xbox accounts that mommy and daddy shouldn’t allow him to have.
Pardon my excessive curiosity, but I want to know how this all goes. If he goes/went through with it (assuming he didn’t BSly guess your classes and bluff), let me know. I’ll do my best to help you out. If he doesn’t go through with it, well, super happy day, gaming with you sounds like it’d be nice.
